Last week, the delegate led by Michael Zhang, the educational counselor at the New Zealand Embassy in the People’s Republic of China, regional director in Greater China of Education New Zealand, and Alister Jones, the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Waikato, visited ZUCC. President LUO Weidong met with the delegate and discussed how to deepen education cooperation and culture exchange in the next stage.

Michael Zhang mentioned that NZUWI is a model in the Sino-New Zealand education cooperation, and he will pay more attention to it and support its further development. Alister Jones was impressed by the high teaching standards and excellent graduates in NZUWI and expected to open more programs between the two parties.
