Modern Citiesis an internal comprehensive scientific publicationof Hangzhou City University,supervised by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.It was established in 2006.
In order to continuously enhance the quality of publication, the journal has appointed Pan Yunhe, former Executive Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Qiu Baoxing, former Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Wei Dunshan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as consultants. Additionally, eight well-known experts and leaders have been invited as special editorial board members, along with over 50 academic experts serving as editorial board members.
