On April 1st, Hangzhou City University established the State-owned Assets and Enterprises Research Institute and held a Seminar on State-owned Enterprises Reform and Development.

Establishing this research institute is an active action to serve local development needs to enhance state-owned enterprises' strength, quality, and size.
