Way of Entry
Apply for the "城院通" QR code through Alipay to enter the campus.
Entry Process
1. Open the Alipay APP and search for the "城院通" applet.
2. Open the "城院通" applet and complete the information in order to register.
3. After registering, you can get the "城院通" QR code.
4. Upon successful registration, enter the campus through pedestrian gates or vehicles with the QR code and cooperate with the security personnel for on-site checking and guiding.
Friendly Reminder
1. You can only enter the campus by registering yourself, you cannot use other people's information to register or other’s entry QR code.
2. One registration application is valid for a long time.
3. If the campus is closed due to special circumstances such as requirements from the gover, important campus events, extreme weather, etc., the approved registration information will be canceled, so please pay attention to the relevant alerts issued by "城院通" (available on Alipay).
4. If illegal registration is found, or if the registrants affect the normal order of the campus, they will be disqualified from registration and restricted from entering the campus. If illegal behavior is involved, the case will be referred to the public security authorities.
RULES &GUIDELINES
Please work together to maintain a positive environment for teaching and learning, keep the campus safe for everyone, and obtain the traffic order, etc.
Please pay attention:
1. Abide by the national laws and regulations, campus rules and social morals, follow the guidance of the university staff, take care of the campus environment, and do not interfere with the teaching, scientific research and life on campus.
2. Teaching and research offices, student dormitories and other areas are not open to visitors, please do not enter without permission.
3. Due to class, training and other reasons, the indoor gym and part of the outdoor facilities are not open to visitors.
4. It is prohibited for any organization or individual to bring pets to the campus.
5. It is prohibited to hold group activities or business activities in public areas on campus, including but not limited to wedding photography, group parent-child activities, and travel groups. Photographing is prohibited without permission.
6. DO NOT use flames, release high-altitude floating objects, swim, wash, fish, cast nets, release animals, and catch and/or harm aquatic plants and animals, in the campus waters.
7. It is prohibited to place objects that damage the public green space, and to cultivate and plant without authorization on the campus.
8. It is prohibited to make loud noises, use sound-amplifying devices, pull hammocks and set up tents, graffiti, carve pictures, and distribute or post all kinds of propaganda materials without authorization.
9. Driving a motor vehicle into the campus should be in accordance with the prescribed route, and the speed of the vehicle should not exceed 30km/h. Vehicles should be parked inside the parking space.
10. You are not allowed to drive electric bicycles or rides hared bicycles into the campus.
